How to redeem points?
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into the rewards panel by logging into their customer account. Once you're logged in, you'll need to open the rewards panel. Next, click on Ways to redeem.

Shipping questions
What happens if my package is undeliverable?
If your package is deemed undeliverable for any of the below or additional reason(s). 

The address is illegible.
The name of the addressee being illegible. 
The person(s) doesn't live at the address any longer.
The address is incorrect or outdated.
The addressee is unknown.
USPS cannot locate the address in their database.
The person(s) do not live at the address input on the package. 

You will be responsible for the reshipment fees associated with the returned package. Elegance Beauty & Boutique does not assume any responsibility for returned packages.
What happens if my package is returned?
If your package is deemed undeliverable or returned back to Elegance Beauty & Boutique for any of the below or additional reason(s).

Where do you ship orders?
Elegance Beauty & Boutique only ships orders to addresses within the United States; and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
What to do if I did not receive my package?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. Please contact the United States Postal Service, by phone at 1-800-275-8777. Elegance Beauty & Boutique DOES NOT assume any responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED and have not been received.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable. 
How long after I place my order does it take to receive it?
The time it takes to process an order is 5-7 business days (not including the shipping, weekends or Holidays.)
 
The time it take to process an order made to order is 7-10 business days (not including the shipping, weekends or Holidays.)
 
The time it take to process a Wholesale order is 14-21 business days (not including the shipping, weekends or Holidays.)
 
WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS!
 
We also, do not count the first day you place your order. Day 1 begins the next day after your order has been placed.
 
Due to the COVID it may take longer than usual to receive your order. An e-mail confirmation with your Tracking number(s) will be sent to the email provided.
 
NOTE: if your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for ALL shipping and handling fees.
Return and Exchange policy
What is your return and exchange policy?

Elegance Beauty & Boutique has a zero return, refund and exchange policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

Please be sure to check the information listed on our website to ensure you are ordering the correct size or product.

If for any reason an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact the carrier in which your package was delivered to file a claim.

Elegance Beauty & Boutique, LLC. will not assume any responsibility for any package that arrives damage.

If an item arrives and it is not the correct item ordered. Please notify our office immediately upon receipt of the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be sure to include a copy via email at elegancebeautyandboutique@gmail.com of your receipt and a photo of the unopened item.

Our office will review the information received and determine the best course of action that we will take.

It is at the discretion of Elegance Beauty & Boutique, LLC. to approve or deny any claim of an item from an order being incorrect.

Upon reaching a decision the Customer will be notified via email of a decision.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order questions
What if my address was entered incorrectly?
If you realize that you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. Please contact or office via e-mail or chat. We will do our best to fulfill your request to change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for inaccurate information being entered during the checkout process.
 
Please be sure to verify that all shipping information is entered correctly prior to completing your order.
How to cancel my order after its placed?
Unfortunately, due to how quickly we receive, process and ship orders its not possible for us to cancel an order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or opened please file a claim with the United States Postal Service by visting https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or by phone at 1-800-275-8777. Elegance Beauty & Boutique does not assume any responsiblity for any lost, damaged or missing packages. Please direct all inquires to the United States Postal Service.

In addition, please be sure to record the package the item that's damaged, the condition it arrived in and send an email to at elegancebeautyandboutique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and be sure to file your claim with the United States Postal Service immediately. 
How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
You can track all orders using the tracking number provided via e-mail and then by going to the United States Postal Service website which is https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. 
What if I received an item(s) that I did not order?
If an item in your order or your order is incorrect please e-mail our office at elegancebeautyandboutique@gmail.com, the same date it shows as delivered.
 
When sending the e-mail please be sure that the Subject is titled "Incorrect Item in order". Be sure to include photo, order number & contact info - OR - you can take a photo of the item with the invoice information clearly visible. If you have questions regarding this process please chat or e-mail us.
 
Once a decision has been reached we will contact you via e-mail with a resolution and instructions on how to proceed from there.

Product questions
What to do if my body butter arrived melted?
Due to Elegance Beauty & Boutique Body Butters formulation being made up butters and oils. Which has a melting point of 90° F, they are EXTREMELY susceptible to melting in transit during warm seasons. A melted body butter is still usable, Beauty! The consistency may have changed but not the quality. The container may appear less full, this is because it has returned to a liquid state after being whipped. Allow the butter to cool down until it returns back to a solidified state.

Are all of your products natural?
Elegance Beauty & Boutique, LLC. makes our products by hand. Some of our products do not contain perservatives nor parabens as our products are Gluten Free, Vegan & Cruelty Free (no animal testing - we test everything on us!) Please do not introduce your product to water as this will inhibit the growth of mold, bacteria, fungi, yeast within the product or outside. As you cannot tell that your product has been introduced to these pathogens or other microorganism that can cause illness. Please follow the proper storage and care of your products. If you notice any changes or smells please discard your product immediately. As Elegance Beauty & Boutique will assume no responsible for the misuse of our products.

If trying a new Elegance Beauty & Boutique product for the first time please test a small area on your skin first, wait 24-48 hours. If any allergic reactions, breakout or any other problems occur. Please discontinue use immediately. If you are pregnant, please contact your physician prior to using any of our products - especially the ones with essential oils.
